organic forest honey

…a note of mystery!

The Forest Honey is collected at an altitude of 900 meters in the Natura 2000 network site in Pindos mountain range in Greece during the summer. Greek verdant forests have a marvelous array of trees, flowers and wild herbs and give us a very delicious and nutritious honey that delights our palate. Its taste has a weak acidity with various overtones that captures all the unique aromas and scents of the Greek forest. Its characteristics unfold gradually taking you by surprise. It has a dark -almost black- color and dense texture.
