The spring sage honey of MELODIA is collected at an altitude of 600 meters in the mountains of Western Macedonia. The landscape is rocky with low and brush vegetation. When the sage blooms, the whole mountain turns violet. The honey occurs from the nectar of the wildflowers and wild herbs with the sage being at the forefront. It is a rare, premium honey prized for its delicate and floral flavor, its light color and its smooth finish and aromatic after taste.
