organic fir & herbs honey

The Fir & Herbs Honey of Melodia is collected in July in mountainous Thesprotia at an altitude of 900 meters. There are two imposing mountains in the area. The first is full of fir trees and the other one has stony ground with an abundance of wild herbs. As a result they offer a very distinct honey. The full flavor of fir honey and the aromas of thyme and savory create a unique combination. It contains the properties of herbs and the antioxidant characteristics of fir tree.
